FEES
45-minute individual session — $225 per session
A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available for prospective clients to briefly connect, ask questions, and determine whether we may be a good fit.
If you decide to move forward, the initial 60-minute evaluation session is $250. This first session gives us time to discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, current concerns, and your goals for treatment.
Superbills are available upon request.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their insurance are generally entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving care.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Frequency can be adjusted based on individual needs and treatment goals.

Otilia Psychotherapy is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of your therapy fee.
-
A superbill is a detailed receipt for your therapy sessions that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. It includes information such as the date of service, session fee, and provider information.
Whether your insurance provides reimbursement depends on your individual plan. I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, reimbursement rate, and any required documentation.
-
I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full cost of the session.
-
I offer virtual sessions most weekday evenings to accommodate the schedule of busy professionals, parents and adolescents.
